- Processing fee: $200 one-time (covers shipping, consumables & maintenance)
- Late fee: $150 per day (applies 2 business days after the agreed return date passes)

The customer is fully responsible for any damage to the rented robot crawler during the rental period and agrees to cover all repair costs, including parts and labor, as determined by UplinkRobotics.
- In the event the unit is lost, stolen, or not returned, the customer will be charged the full Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the unit.
- UplinkRobotics reserves the right to take legal or financial action to recover any unpaid amounts, including repair costs or the full MSRP, and the customer agrees to cover any additional costs associated with recovery efforts, including legal fees and collection costs.
- The customer assumes full responsibility for the use and condition of the rented equipment, and UplinkRobotics is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses arising from the use of the rented robot.
